All new colour clients require a complimentary colour consultation to assess their hair and ensure they’re booked for the right services.

A patch test must be carried out no later than 48 hours before your colour service for NEW clients or if you haven’t been

Patch Test
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appt will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booked services. If it’s within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
